Cantilevers... yes cantilevers

Outfitted with a Shimano Ultegra cyclocross-specific groupset, this build features cantilevers. Yes, cantilever brakes... not discs. Discerning ‘cross racers are aware of the many benefits of running cantilever brakes. In fact, if it weren’t for sponsorship obligation, many of the world’s top ‘cross racers would still be riding cantilevers, no doubt. The Shimano Ultegra cantis are second to none with regards to stopping power and modulation. The limited edition ‘cross specific Ultegra group is a great find too. You won’t find cantis at too many bike shops anymore, especially on a bike of this caliber.

Tubulars reign supreme

Tubulars are more and more on the fringe for road riding outside of professional racing, but cyclocross racers know that nothing beats tubulars. Mountain bikers have moved to tubeless, but in ‘cross the tubular is still king. This bike is equipped with a custom wheelset of Ultegra hubs laced to Velocity Major Tom tubular rims.

Finished with class and durability

The build is finished with alloy Deda Elementi bars, stem, and post for maximum durability. These bars can take a hit! A fizik Antares saddle matches the orange color scheme perfectly.
